It's good to be back. Yesterday's topic came from an installment of the Writer's Almanac. It just sounded evocative and interesting. Today's comes from some e-mail spam.

Funny thing about the subject you chose today, dude. I had to take my daughter to the dentist today and watch her breath laughing gas! I swear this sort of thing happens to me ALL THE TIME.

Welcome to the group, Joyce. Sorry I haven't been writing here much lately. This week, my excuse is that I'm sick. I hope to be back in the swing of things again next week, and it's always good to see more people writing.
